For a flat fee, we'll help you select a DC neighborhood that suits your needs and do the legwork – helping you find an apartment or house that that you can call your own. We work hard to make sure we know a lot about each of our clients' preferences, likes, dislikes. It's like a home hunters first date. With instant attraction!
Our services include property search, lease negotiation, neighborhood review, moving tips and DC guide. Our services are focused on the District proper, downtown Silver Spring and Takoma Park. Why Nest? We both moved here all the way from Tucson, Arizona years ago and we want you to benefit from all the ridiculous things we learned the hard way. Looking back, we would have happily hired ourselves. Even if that sounds weird.
