For individual rental units and houses, our rates for leasing and marketing are 90% of one full month's rent. Monthly management fees are 8% per month for condo and co-op units and 10% per month for houses and row homes. If you have multiple units, we offer a discount. Fees for property management, in most cases, are tax deductable. We also think they help you sleep better at night! Please note, we do not offer management services in Virginia and we are no longer taking on new property in Maryland. We manage furnished rentals on a case by case basis.
