Property Management Fees

We found a perfect balance between positive cash flow, and positive experiences for tenants and for owners. Our property management fees are highly competitive.  Monthly property management services are 8% of rents recieved per month for condominium units and 10% per month of rents recieved for rowhouses and single family homes.  Leasing and marketing is 90% of one full month's rent.  Our leasing and marketing services are extensive and include professional photos and walkthrough videos as well as website listings, craigslist postings, social networking and more.  We find great tenants with our extensive interview and screening process.

Other turnkey concierge services like property upgrades, regulatory (DCRA) compliance, interior design, moving assistance and more is priced either by the hour or as part of a package.
