Once we orient tenants to their new nest, we are at the ready 24 hours a day to make sure your investment is protected and your tenants are well taken care of.
Monthly property management services are 8% of rents received per month for condominium units and 10% per month of rents received for rowhouses and single family homes. When we manage your unit, if we are only Leasing and marketing, the fee is 100% of one full month's rent and includes professional photo galleries and tenant walk through.
Our leasing and marketing services are extensive and include professional photos, as well as website listings, craigslist postings, social networking and more. We find great tenants with our extensive interview and screening process. We offer discounts for re-leasing service.
Other turnkey concierge services like property upgrades, interior design, and more are priced either by the hour or as part of a package.
